Project time! Spare-built low racer

I set of goal for myself to spend as little as possible and mainly use spare parts in my bike and "old project" arsenal to make a fared low-racer suitable to use as an errand bike.  From my wooden boat building past I have 3/4 inch marine plywood, this will be the frame.  The rear wheel is a 700c from an old station bike/beater I no longer use.  The rear drop-outs are electric junction box covers that have been drilled and cut.  The front wheel, head tube, bottom bracket and fork are from a kid's BMX, and the FWD drive train will be built from the station/beater bike parts.  The frame is cut.  I will be spending the next weeks assembling the frame.
